Previously, Charles has served as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, sat as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University’s Smart City Research Center, led the Asia Pacific Telecoms, Mobility & IoT practices for the analyst firm IDC, and drove innovation initiatives at leading telecoms operators, including Vodafone, O2 and BT.
